Annual Meeting and Holiday Luncheon of Polio Echo

The Annual Meeting of Polio Echo will be held on Saturday, December 3rd from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm at the Disability Empowerment Center at 5025 East Washington Street, Phoenix, AZ.

Luncheon will be served at 12:00 Noon and reservations are required. The luncheon meal will be catgered by plate lunches of turkey or ham with all of the prerequisite trimmings catered by Sharko's Catering. See the Menu below.

The program will be presented by Tom Hoover on the "History of the Mother's March of Dimes in Phoenix"

The Annual Meeting will begin at 1:20 pm. You do not have to purchase a meal to attend the meeting. If you choose not to purchase a meal and wish to attend the meeting, please plan to arrive between 12:30 and 12:45 pm.
